ATTENTION: Service Drive Renovation
We are currently improving our service drive to better our overall customer experience. Renovations are expected to take 2-3 months. During this time, we will not have access to our service drive. However, our service department will remain open with a temporary drop-off and pick-up procedure in place. Please read below as this temporary procedure is currently in place.
Temporary Service Procedure
Dropping off your vehicle:
Step 1: Arrive at the dealership and pull up to the service drop-off area.
Step 2: The service attendant will perform a pre-service write-up (make, model, colour, mileage, etc.) which will be given to the service advisor inside.
Step 3: Take the pre-service write-up from the service attendant and enter the dealership through the main doors to our showroom.
Step 4: Enter the service line on your right and wait for a service advisor to become available.
Picking up your vehicle:
Step 1: Enter the dealership through the main doors to our showroom.
Step 2: Follow the signage/arrows straight back to our reception desk (next to the parts department/waiting room)
Step 3: Speak to our service cashier to review your service and pay.
Step 4: Walk back outside through the main showroom doors and wait for a service attendant to bring your vehicle around.
As a bonus, we will be removing our valet service fee for the entire time our service drive is closed. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this time.
